Through one-on-one mentorship, group learning sessions, career development workshops, and networking opportunities, GMP equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and exposure needed to thrive in competitive global environments.</p><p>The program operates through carefully matched mentor-mentee relationships across two key tracks:</p><p>• Academic Mentorship – supporting participants with academic growth, research development, postgraduate preparation, scholarships, and international opportunities.</p><p>• Career &amp; Professional Mentorship – focused on career clarity, leadership development, employability skills, industry exposure, and professional advancement.</p><p>Beyond mentorship, GMP fosters a growing community of emerging African leaders committed to excellence, collaboration, innovation, and impact.
