Program Overview

EmpowerHer is an AODI initiative focused on equipping girls and young women with the knowledge, skills, confidence, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive and become active contributors to their communities. Through mentorship, leadership development, education, and skills-building activities, the initiative supports girls and young women at different stages of their personal, academic, and professional journeys.
