Mentorship is a powerful partnership between a knowledgeable mentor and an ambitious mentee. It’s a relationship built on guidance, support, and shared experiences that can fast-track your development, expand your horizons, and help you achieve your goals.
In this program, you will be mentored by successful graduates, masters, Ph.D. students, and Postdocs who have gone through similar application processes at their chosen universities.
You will also get the chance to be professionally guided by experts and professionals driving impact at various stages of their organizations. You will be guided and coached toward attaining your long-term career goals.
The mentorship will cover guidelines for preparing yourself for your future career in academia or industry. You will receive one-on-one coaching, access to employment and graduate scholarship materials, and what you need to do now to secure the future you dream of tomorrow.

Who can Apply?
An Ideal Mentee for the program must possess the following:
- Must be of African descent
- Final year Students with a current CGPA of 4.0 and above.
- Graduate students with a CGPA of 3.5/5.0 and above (2nd Class Upper & 1st Class Division).
- Individuals ready to do their part and leverage the expertise of mentors selected from top universities worldwide.
